What is your honest assessment about the efficacy of our internal security apparatus?

Foolproof security for the large crowded cities dotted across the country is a difficult objective to achieve. But the frequency and ease with which terror strikes across the country shows our intelligence and police apparatus in poor light.

The Indian state has survived seemingly intractable challenges to its territorial and societal integrity, and I think our internal security apparatus should be commended for this.We were good at insurgency and seperatism, but not so good at terrorism and naxalism.
